- New users can enjoy Yumoo free for 7 days
- No payment required to start your trial
- Cancel anytime during the trial with no charges
Subscription Plans
- Monthly: Automatically renews each month
- Yearly: Automatically renews annually with savings
- Family: Support for multiple children at a discounted rate
Billing and Cancellation
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime through your account settings or app store
- Refunds processed according to app store policies (Apple App Store/Google Play)
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period after cancellation
Our Content and Your Stories
Yumoo's Content
- All stories, characters, voices, and app features belong to Yumoo
- You can't copy, distribute, or use our content outside the app
- We're constantly adding new stories and features for your enjoyment
Your Child's Profile Information
- You own the information you provide about your child
- We use this information only to create personalized stories
- You can modify or delete this information anytime
- When you delete your account, we delete your child's information too
Service Availability

We work hard to keep Yumoo available 24/7, but sometimes we need to:

- Update features or fix technical issues
