Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

• New users can enjoy Yumoo free for 7 days
• No payment required to start your trial
• Cancel anytime during the trial with no charges

Subscription Plans

• Monthly: Automatically renews each month
• Yearly: Automatically renews annually with savings
• Family: Support for multiple children at a discounted rate

Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime through your account settings or app store
• Refunds processed according to app store policies (Apple App Store/Google Play)
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period after cancellation

Our Content and Your Stories

Yumoo's Content

• All stories, characters, voices, and app features belong to Yumoo
• You can't copy, distribute, or use our content outside the app
• We're constantly adding new stories and features for your enjoyment

Your Child's Profile Information

• You own the information you provide about your child
• We use this information only to create personalized stories
• You can modify or delete this information anytime
• When you delete your account, we delete your child's information too

Service Availability

Our Commitment

We work hard to keep Yumoo available 24/7, but sometimes we need to:

• Perform maintenance to improve the service
• Update features or fix technical issues
• Address security concerns

Service Changes

We may occasionally update Yumoo's features or modify the service. When we make significant changes, we'll:
