Purchase Agreement

Overview

This Purchase Agreement governs all in-app purchases, subscriptions, and premium features in the SignatureMaker application. By making any purchase within the App, you agree to these terms in addition to our main Terms of Service.

Available Purchases

Premium Subscription

  • Premium Font Styles: Access to exclusive signature fonts
  • Advanced Features: Enhanced editing and customization options
  • Unlimited Signatures: Create unlimited signatures and styles
  • Premium Export Options: High-resolution exports and additional formats
  • Priority Support: Faster response times for customer support

One-Time Purchases

  • Font Style Packs: Individual or bundled font collections
  • Premium Features: Specific advanced features as one-time unlock
  • Export Upgrades: Enhanced export capabilities

Free Features

The following features remain free forever:

  • Basic signature creation with standard fonts
  • PDF document signing
  • Standard export formats (PNG, SVG)
  • Local signature storage
  • Basic sharing options

Subscription Terms

Subscription Periods

  • Monthly: Billed every 30 days
  • Yearly: Billed annually with discount
  • Lifetime: One-time payment for permanent access (where available)

Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Renewal occurs 24 hours before the current period ends
  • Cancel anytime through your App Store/Google Play account
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused subscription time

Price Changes

  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice
  • Existing subscribers maintain current price until renewal
  • New subscribers pay the current published price
  • Price increases will be communicated in-app and by email

Payment Processing

Payment Methods

  • All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Payment methods are managed by your app store account
  • We do not store or process payment information directly
  • Supported payment methods depend on your app store and region

Billing

  • Charges appear on your app store account statement
  • Billing occurs in your local currency when possible
  • Taxes may apply based on your location
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Receipts and Records

  • Purchase receipts are provided by the App Store/Google Play
  • Keep receipts for warranty and support purposes
  • Contact app store support for billing disputes
  • We can verify purchases through app store systems

Free Trials

Trial Terms

  • Free trials may be offered for premium subscriptions
  • Trial lengths vary and are displayed at signup
  • Only one free trial per user account
  • Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
  • Cancel during trial period to avoid charges

Trial Cancellation

  • Cancel trials through your App Store/Google Play account
  • Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before trial ends
  • Premium features remain available until trial expires
  • Re-subscribing may not include another free trial

Refund Policy

App Store Refunds

Refunds are governed by App Store and Google Play policies:

  • Apple App Store: Request refunds through iTunes/App Store
  • Google Play Store: Request refunds through Google Play Console
  • Refund eligibility depends on app store policies
  • Refund timeframes vary by platform and region

Our Refund Assistance

  • We can provide purchase verification for app stores
  • Technical issues may qualify for app store refunds
  • Billing errors will be resolved promptly

Refund Limitations

  • No refunds for services already consumed
  • No partial refunds for unused subscription periods
  • Lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable
  • Refunds don't apply to free trial conversions

Service Availability

Service Interruptions

  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

  • Local features continue to work during service interruptions

Feature Changes

  • Premium features may be updated or modified
  • New features may be added to existing subscriptions
  • Deprecated features will have adequate notice period
  • Core functionality will be maintained or replaced

Account Management

Multiple Devices

  • Subscriptions are tied to your app store account
  • Access premium features on all devices with same account
  • Family sharing available where supported by app stores
  • Device limits may apply for certain features

Account Transfer

  • Purchases cannot be transferred between app store accounts
  • Contact app store support for account issues
  • Local signatures can be exported before account changes
  • Premium features require active subscription on new account

Service Termination

If we terminate your account:

  • Access to premium features will be revoked
  • Existing subscriptions may be cancelled
  • Refunds will be handled according to app store policies
  • Local signatures and documents remain on your device

Intellectual Property

Premium Content License

  • Premium fonts are licensed for use within the App
  • Font usage rights are tied to your subscription
  • Created signatures can be used commercially
  • You cannot redistribute premium font files

Usage Rights

  • Signatures created with premium features are yours to use
  • Commercial use of signatures is permitted
  • Premium features cannot be shared or resold
  • Export formats maintain your usage rights

Important Purchase Information

Before making any purchase, carefully review the features included, billing cycle, and cancellation policies. All purchases are final unless refunded according to app store policies. Premium features enhance your experience but are not required for basic app functionality.
