Welcome to FlirtMaster ("we," "our," or "us"). FlirtMaster is an AI-powered dating assistant mobile application developed by Minisoft ("Company"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App").

By using FlirtMaster, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.

2 Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

FlirtMaster is designed with a privacy-first, local-first approach. We do not require user registration or login. The following information may be provided voluntarily:

• Conversation text or screenshots you submit for AI analysis
• Partner/relationship information you create within the app
• Preferences and settings you configure
• Support inquiries and feedback

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers
• Usage Data: App interactions, features used, screen views (via Firebase Analytics)
• Log Data: Error reports and diagnostic information

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number (unless you contact support)
• We do not store your conversation screenshots or text on our servers
• We do not access your contacts, camera, or microphone without explicit permission
• We do not track your location

3 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• AI Analysis: Processing your submitted conversations or screenshots through OpenAI's API to provide dating advice and suggestions. This data is sent to OpenAI only for processing and is not stored persistently.
• App Functionality: Providing, maintaining, and improving the App's features
• Analytics: Understanding how users interact with the App to improve user experience (via Firebase Analytics, subject to your App Tracking Transparency consent on iOS)
• Push Notifications: Sending relevant notifications if you opt in (via Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• Subscription Management: Processing and managing premium subscriptions (via RevenueCat)
• Advertising: Displaying relevant advertisements (via Google AdMob)

4 Data Storage and Security

FlirtMaster follows a local-first data approach:

• Local Storage: All user data (partner information, conversation history, app preferences) is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly submit it for AI analysis.
• No Cloud Storage: We do not maintain user accounts or cloud databases for personal user data.
• Transient Processing: When you submit text or screenshots for AI analysis, the data is sent to OpenAI's API for processing and is not stored on our servers. OpenAI processes this data according to their own privacy policy.
• Encryption: All data transmitted between the App and third-party services uses industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption.

6 Advertising

FlirtMaster displays advertisements through Google AdMob. We comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework on iOS:

• On iOS, you will be asked for permission before any tracking for advertising purposes occurs.
• If you deny tracking permission, ads will still be shown but they will not be personalized.
• You can change your tracking preferences at any time in your device's Settings.
• Premium subscribers may experience a reduced number of advertisements.

7 Children's Privacy

FlirtMaster is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8 Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

• Right to Access: You can request information about the data we hold about you.
• Right to Deletion: You can request deletion of your data (see Data Deletion section below).
• Right to Opt-Out: You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
• Right to Portability: Since all data is stored locally on your device, you already have full access to your data.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with applicable GDPR requirements. For California residents, we comply with applicable CCPA requirements.

9 Data Deletion

Since FlirtMaster stores all user data locally on your device, you can delete your data at any time:

• In-App: Go to Settings and use the "Delete All Data" option to clear all locally stored data.
• Uninstall: Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data from your device.

10 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
