1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TrackIt: Pomodoro & Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Premium Features

• Subscription: Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

3. Free Trial

• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
• Free trial eligibility is determined at our discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Maintain the security of your device and account
• Not attempt to circumvent any technical measures within the App

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App are and will remain the exclusive property of Mini Tracker and its licensors.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
