1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Special Message AI application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Special Message AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to help users create personalized messages for special occasions, celebrations, and everyday communication. The App offers features including:

  • AI-powered message generation in 25+ languages
  • Personalized content based on occasion, recipient, and tone
  • Special day reminders and calendar integration
  • Message history and favorites management
  • Sharing functionality across platforms

3. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free and Premium Features

The App offers both free and premium (subscription-based) features. Premium features require an active subscription.

4.2 Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually) depending on the plan selected.
  • Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or computer systems.
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
  • Generate spam, bulk messages, or automated messages.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Minisoft and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Messages generated by the App using AI are provided for your personal use. You may freely use, share, and modify the generated messages.

7. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate message content. While we strive for quality and appropriateness:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated messages before sharing them.
  • AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate results.
  • We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated messages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Minisoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
