1. Introduction

Welcome to Analyzer for WA ("App", "we", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for general use. If you are below the age of digital consent in your country, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Description of Service

The App provides personalised insights based on WhatsApp chat exports you choose to import, such as most‑used words, emojis and reply speed.

4. How Analyzer for WA Works

Data Import — You export a chat from WhatsApp and load the .txt file into the App.
Local Analysis — All processing happens locally on your device. Your chat data never leaves your phone unless you back it up yourself.
Privacy — We do not upload, store or view your chats.
AI‑Enhanced Insights — Where AI is used, computation is performed on‑device (unless we explicitly ask for and you provide cloud‑processing consent).

5. Coins, Bonuses & Subscriptions

Coins – in‑app purchases used to unlock chat summaries ("Wrappeds").
Bonuses – free rewards that expire 7 days after receipt.
Subscriptions – provide periodic coins & bonuses; they do not grant unlimited Wrappeds.
All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their billing rules.

6. User Conduct

By using the App you agree to:

Use the App for lawful purposes only.
Not harm, disrupt or interfere with the App or its systems.
Not attempt unauthorised access to any part of the App.
Not misuse AI‑generated insights in a way that could cause harm or misrepresentation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software and AI models in the App are the exclusive property of MiniSoft Software Ltd. and protected by international intellectual‑property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as‑is" for entertainment purposes only; analyses are not scientifically accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liability.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon being posted in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
